Whistler Vaca

Over the weekend we did a little road trip up to Whistler with the Sergoyan clan for a combo Bday/Fathers Day extravaganza. Due to the little people and weather we were a little limited on activities, but had a fantastic time. Crossing the boarder is no fun, but ate a lot, took the gondola up from one mountain to another, and found some time for golf.

Six Month Update

Sammy is 6 months old!!! Below pics are just a six month update of her and mommy. Both of them are pretty much smiles all day long.

May Madness

Sammy is now interacting with us via blowing raspberries at us as the below short video shows. Was taken at the Devine Bday party yesterday.

Over the three day weekend, we took the ferry over to Bainbridge for the day with the Woodards. Figured we would give the new baby backpack a trial run before Whistler. She seemed to enjoy it, and you can barely tell she is on your back..... aside from the drool.

This weekend we also decided to give the ol' solid food try with the rice cereal. Still not sure what she thought about it, but are going to give it another try tonight.

First Mothers Day

Well Sammy was on her best behavior for the first day honor of Mom. Dad and Sammy made Moms favorite breakfast in bed, dad changed all diapers minus one, gave her present of an enlarged picture of Mom and Sammy on canvas, attemped to get a handprint on a card (failed), and went out to dinner in the evening. Sammy also tried to steal dad's slurpee.... which is a big no no in the Wilner house

LA Trip

This last weekend Sammy took her second plane ride as we ventured to LA for a family wedding and a quick stop over at Disneyland. She is obviously too young to truely enjoy the land of giant fuzzy animals, but seemed entertained by all the confusion.

Couple Cute Sammy Pics & 4 Month Doc Appt

Today Sammy had her 4 month doctor checkup and shots. Seeing her face go from happy to downright angry after her shots is brutal to watch but nice to have the doctor give her a healthy baby stamp almost makes it worth it. As of today mini moose weighs 15lbs 7oz (95th Percentile), 26.25in long (97%), and a head circumference of 17in (90%).

Heidi took these pics a couple days ago and had to put them up. Such a happy girl.

Big Girl Toys

We figured Sammy was strong enough to try out some of the bigger toys Dave and Brenda gave her. First up was the Exersaucer. This video is a week or so old and now she moves around a bit more, but liked this one that shows her concentration on the wheel.

We have to watch her pretty closely on the Jumperoo since her head flops around a bit if she goes too crazy. Still pretty crazy watching her fly around.

Erin found this "Kickin Coaster" that's almost like a baby leg press that lights up.
